How long does it take to get shirts?
Allow AT LEAST 7 DAYS for us to be able to meet your deadline. Also account for shipping time (which is UPS ground from Pittsburgh, PA) We will make every effort to meet your deadline, but without the proper amount of notice, we can't promise anything. We make every effort to hit your deadline regardless of how soon, but we can only garauntee it if you give us at least a week. 2 weeks is best.

Can I come to the shop and order?
If you need to talk to us in person about your design or need to see samples, call us or e-mail us for an appointment so we can be sure we have an artist and/or sales rep in house at the time that's best for you.
Art Preparation
You can send your art as an .eps, .ai, or .psd. If sending photoshop files, the individual colors should be seperate layers if possible. We can work with pretty much any other file you may have. Questions? E-mail or call 412-381-1104.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we create your design for you? Absolutely, in fact we'd love too, that way we can insure that your graphic will work well as a screen print. Custom designs including up to 3 revisions are included with all orders over 50 shirts.
Can we re-create your art from a t-shirt you already have? Yes we can, but due to the time involved in scanning, re-drawing & seperating, art charges may apply.
Have something sketched on paper or an idea, can we print it?We can work with whatever you have, if you're art is hand-drawn line art, we can probably just scan it and go. Just having some ideas on paper is a start, but may require an art charge to re-create.
